This is one of the most common complaints we hear about humidors. I recently read this very informative article that I think will be a tremendous help to you in preventing any mold from beginning in your humidor.
First of all, you should know that a humidor that works properly should not create conditions for mold. If yours is molding, there is a problem. However, that problem can be fixed. The first thing that you should do is check to make sure that the humidification element is working. If it is not, you will need to get it replaced.
